ALOHA!!!


. . . pronounced "uh- lo- uh" by true oregonians . . . is the name of the town where i grew up. in october, morgan and i flew out there to spend some time with the gerber side of the family! it was so nice to be home-sweet-home. and morgan just adores her cousins! (she's # 11 of 13 grandbabies) however, she constantly talked about little david and auntie barb the whole time we were there. it was during this visit that i realized that morgan is gianormous! ( at least compared to my family ) . . . the meyers' genes are just slightly more dominant.

TCU vs. BYU game. . .

oh the agony!! we had no idea there had been a church-wide fast for the defeat of the horned frogs...or else we would have worn blue. actually, the real reason BYU ended TCU's 13-game-win streak was because Morgan had a BYU t-shirt under her cheerleading outfit... apparently Morgan is heavier than we thought and tipped the scales!!! ( and Pompa tried so hard to balance things out)

so. . . this is blogging . . .


what have i done ?!?!? i finally gave into the pressure. i started a... (gulp)... blog!!! why, you ask? well, there are many possible reasons. . .
1- i am hormonal! being 6 months pregnant i have a tendency to do things which are out of character.
2- i am merely trying to keep up with Barb. although we are "in-laws" we have a very healthy relationship. . . we are loving sisters with a good amount of rivalry.
3- there needs to be more pictures of morgan online. she's a love!
4- i am bored. well, i have tons of stuff that i should be doing. . . so really i am procrastinating.
5- i am a horrible friend and never email anyone! so instead of random phone calls or visits which take hours just to bring you up to speed; ya'll can just see for yourselves what i'm up to.
